  9. In the aspect of SEO, it would be good if a song title, etc. would be shown in the HTML source code.(example: http://demo.vozax.com/youtube-playlists-videos-anywhere/)

    1. The song title, channel title, playlist title everything is shown in the HTML, once the call is made to the plugin.

  11. OK I have two questions. First I followed the Google API instructions and there is no API key. Should I create one and if I do which do I create "Server, Browser, Android or ios?

    Second where it says to call the plugin, Which file do I edit this in or do I need to copy, paste and edit the sample text into a file?

    1. 1. In the Step 6, you can see the API Key, that I have blacked out. If you are not following that, refer to this video by Google - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im69kzhpR3I

      2. Have you bought the plugin? If yes, you should have an HTML file in the package with the call to Youmax.

    2. Thanks for your help Jake. I now have it working and love it!!!! Just one more question, How can I make the landing page display the you tube playlist page so the users can see the playlists thumbnails. It seems that on my page it displays the first playlist in the tabs. I want users to see playlist thumbnails.

      BTW my copy is the $30 paid version.

      Worth every penny :-)

    3. Thanks for the purchase :)

      1. In the current version the way it works is - All playlists you specify in the options will be displayed as tabs. You can choose which tab will be selected by default using another option "selectedTab"

      2. The playlist page of YouTube is being built into Youmax and will be released under Youmax 4.0 version. (It will also have some awesome features like video comments etc.)

    5. Jake... One more question comes to mind. When you click "LOAD MORE", how can i get the color to display red if no more video are there. So it would say "ALL DONE" with a red background.

      Delete
    6. Just add this CSS -

      .youmax-load-more-div-click {background-color: #F95A5A !important;}

      Set any color you want :)

  12. I have youmax set up to at 100% width using #youmax {max-width: 100% !important;}

    But the video thumbnails are floating to the left. I tried using div#youmax-video-list-div {margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto;} but doesn't center the video thumbs. What would you suggest to center the video thumbs?

    1. I figured it out....

      #tiles li {
      margin-left: auto;
      margin-right: auto;
      }

    2. Glad you figured it out. Could you please send these comments on the CodeCanyon page for Youmax. That is the support channel for the plugin and this information will also help out other users.

      Hope you understand :)

  13. I like this plugin (and bought it) but the only thing that I don't like so much are the tabs. When there are not much playlists then it is nice, but when there are al lot of playlists it would be better if it's a dropdown list or something, also responsive.

  14. Hey I love this script man! Its awesome :)
    I do have a couple of questions though:

    How can I have my page start with the uploads tab?
    Can I change the name of the playlists with an image or only the first word of the playlist?

    Hope you can hit me back! Thanks!

  15. Hello, I just bought the plugin and pretty much nothing happens. I get a select list at the top, and a load more button at the bottom. Any help please? I have a good youtube data api key.

  16. Now I just installed it on another site to be sure it wasn't a plugin conflict. It loads the website inside where the youtube player should be. Like a hall of mirrors.

  17. Hi Jake, wondering if you could send me or comment the entire code what it is suppose to look like when posted on website (obviously only entering "jquery-1.9.1.min.js" etc., without its code). I have purchased 5.0, generated my jQuery call, located jquery-1.9.1.min.js and jquery.youmax.min.js files, just don't know how it's all suppose to come together and look like. I'd appreciate your help, thanks!

    1. Hello Paul, you should have a youmax.html file inside the download package. That file is the sample implementation of Youmax. That is all you need to display Youmax.

      If you still have any issues implementing it on your website, do let us know :)

  18. Hi Jake,
    Firstly, thanks for your efforts in creating this script, it's exactly what I've been looking for, but I'm a complete novice and would be really grateful if you could help me solve a couple of technical issues.

    1. The video thumbnails are not displaying properly. They are floating over the channel header and other elements of my page. I read above that someone else had a similar problem and used the code #tiles li {margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;}
    Unfortunately he didn't say where he added this code and I was hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction. To have a look at the problem the page is www.thelearningemporium.co.uk/shop - scroll down towards the bottom.

    2. I'd like to remove the 'Load More' button at the bottom of the thumbnails and wondered what code I need to delete to achieve this.

    Thanks in advance.

    1. This is a jQuery plugin so you will have to upload the plugin files on your hosting server or Google Drive. Then you should be able to add the HTML and JS call into your Joomla Page.
